TERMS & CONDITIONS - please read carefully.
WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages are quoted, and payable, in United States Dollars (USD). The per person prices described within each package includes all taxes plus shipping & handling charges with the exception of any additional fees associated with FedEx; such as customs or duty fees. All package orders will be processed upon receipt. WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages are confirmed on a first-come first-serve space-available basis depending upon when payments are approved, not based upon when orders are submitted. The seating assignment of all the tickets within the WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages will be determined by the date/time that payments are approved, not by the date/time that the orders are submitted. All monies processed are non-refundable once payments have been approved by
PayPal. Please log onto Paypal.com for acceptable forms of payment. WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package quantities are limited and orders will be processed until sold out or until Friday, October 7, 2011. After such date, orders will no longer be accepted. WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages are available for purchase to both domestic and international customers.
All orders will contain a main traveler that will be the primary contact for that order’s group. The main traveler must be 18 years of age or older. The WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package will be confirmed in the main traveler’s name. The hotel reservation will also be confirmed in the main traveler’s name. Only the main traveler can submit a request for any type of changes to the group; such as, name changes, hotel reservation changes, shipping address changes and email address changes. All requests must be submitted in writing to
wrestlemania.packages@wwe.com by the main traveler. All information will be communicated via email directly to the main traveler. Once payment has been approved by PayPal, the main traveler will receive an email confirmation. It is very important that the main traveler review all the information on the email confirmation and advise if any information is incorrect; such as package type or shipping address. If the main traveler does not receive any type of email notification, it is recommended that they check on the status of the order by sending an email to
wrestlemania.packages@wwe.com.
As all WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages are non-refundable, travel insurance is recommended in case of cancellation due to various reasons; such as, employer termination, family emergency, personal illness, etc. Please contact a travel insurance provider; such as Access America or Travel Guard, for further details and price quotes. The other option, in case of cancellation, is to transfer the WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package to someone who also agrees and understands the same terms and conditions stated herein. The main traveler must notify in writing that the WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package has been transferred to a new main traveler. The written notification must include the full name, mailing address and email contact of the new main traveler; as well as, the full name of each, if any, new guests within group. WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages and World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. will not be involved in any discussions and/or decisions made between the present main traveler and the new main traveler. Once the new main traveler has been confirmed, the previous main traveler will no longer receive any information pertaining to the WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package. If the WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package has already been shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the previous main traveler to successfully ship the package to the new main traveler; as well as, pay all expenses pertaining to such shipment.
All WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package tickets plus a Weekend Itinerary will be shipped to the main traveler four weeks (approximate timeframe) prior to the WrestleMania XXVIII weekend. The Weekend Itinerary will contain specific details pertaining to the events included in the WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package. The main traveler will be responsible for distributing tickets to each guest within group.

WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages without hotel accommodations are not available. Three night hotel accommodations will be confirmed with checkin on Friday, March 30, 2012 and checkout on Monday, April 2, 2012. Four-night hotel accommodations will be confirmed with checkin on Friday, March 30, 2012 and checkout on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Hotel accommodations will be confirmed at a downtown area Miami property. Each WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package can accommodate up to four people sharing one standard hotel room with maximum two-beds per room. Groups may request specific bedding, keeping in mind that it is a request for bedding not a guarantee of bedding. The hotels will only guarantee the bedding upon checkin. Single Occupancy guests will be automatically confirmed with one-bed only. Reservations for additional nights or additional rooms may be requested separately by the main traveler contacting the hotel directly. Each hotel will confirm the separate reservations based on availability and charged at the regular hotel rate. The recommended airport is Miami International Airport in Miami, Florida.
All Platinum Package guests will be responsible for transporting their collectible WrestleMania XXVIII chair from Miami to their hometown, including any expenses that may arise from such transport. The WrestleMania XXVIII chairs are the standard size of a metal folding chair. Unless noted within the WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package description, the following are not included in the packages; airline tickets, airport transfers, ground transportation, food or drinks.
As previously stated, all WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package tickets plus a Weekend Itinerary will be shipped via FedEx to the main traveler. Main traveler is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Someone must be available at the shipping address provided by the main traveler to accept FedEx shipment. Person accepting package must be 21 years of age or older. If someone is not available, the FedEx shipment will not be delivered. Once the FedEx shipment has been accepted, the main traveler takes full responsibility of all contents within the package. Contents will not be replaced or reissued if lost, misplaced, or discarded.
All taxes and shipping/handling fees are included in the package prices. The only additional fee that may apply would be a custom fee or duty fee that would be charged directly by FedEx, this would apply to international shipments.
World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. will not be held accountable if any individual provides false information; such as date of birth. False information will result in denied entrance into all WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package events with no compensation; as well as, cancellation of hotel reservations with no compensation. During any WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Package events, if an individual engages in behavior that is threatening, illegal, or intended to harass, abuse or harm any other person, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. reserves the right to remove such individual with no compensation.
The WWE Shop $25 Gift Card can only be redeemed online at
http://www.wweshop.com. The Gift Card is not redeemable at any of the merchandise stands during WrestleMania weekend. The seating locations described within the WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages are subject to change without notice; however, the value of the WrestleMania XXVIII tickets will remain the same; therefore, a refund will not be issued. The specific location of the seats will not be available prior to the shipment of the WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages. In regards to wheelchair locations, the venue has not yet confirmed these locations. If you require seating in such locations, please indicate it on your order form. If such seating is not available, you will be notified with the option of changing your order or receiving a full refund.
World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel the WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages in any way it deems necessary or appropriate. Main travelers will be notified of such changes. The main traveler will be responsible for providing this information to his/her guests within group. If WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages are modified, the modifications will be equal in value and refunds will not be issued. If WrestleMania XXVIII Travel Packages are cancelled, a full refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was received with the order.
